Consumers see their own power to make an impact in so many ways: the products they buy, the places they work and the sacrifices they are willing to make to address social and environmental issues.
The study's findings show that nearly all global consumers expect companies to act responsibly, but half need to hear or see proof of a company’s responsibility before they will believe it. To prove these cynics wrong, companies must share CSR efforts and impacts across multiple touch points.
